SANDWICH PANEL INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS
Facade sandwich panels are specially designed and manufactured for industrial facades, although they can also be used to install partitions or false ceilings. Dippanel offers the possibility to adapt your design and necessary functionalities, making it possible to customise your installations. We offer two types of façade panels:
The sandwich façade panel is composed of two steel sheets lacquered or with special finishes for outdoor environments and a central piece, which acts as thermal and acoustic insulation, made of polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR). Resistant, durable and highly tested materials that guarantee the robustness of the installation.
The façade panels must be mounted on metal, concrete or wooden structures. The standard panel width is 1.000 mm and the maximum length is 18.000 mm. The most common colours in stock are White 1006, Tile Red, Navarre Green, Lake Blue, Silver metallic (Ral 9006), Slate Grey (Ral 7022).
Among some of the characteristics of these panels are their easy installation, their resistance to the elements such as water or high temperatures and their thermal insulation capacity.
Dippanel now has an online shop. We offer a wide stock in three main categories: Refrigerator doors, room dividing doors and accessories for refrigerator doors.
The rockwool sandwich panel is designed and manufactured especially for industrial facades, although it is also commonly used to separate different rooms or areas of a facility. The very high fire resistance of this panel makes it ideal for use in industrial facilities where the risk of fire is high, or public buildings with a large number of people.
The sandwich roof panel is specially designed and manufactured for industrial or residential roofs. This means that we can cover anything from a garage to a swimming pool or a large logistics centre. Moreover, we have the capacity to adapt to your needs at all times, both in design and in relation to the materials used for assembly.
