Refrigerated sliding doors

In Dippanel, we have sliding refrigerated doors for industrial and commercial enclosures. Our doors are manufactured with the latest insulation and quality requirements:

• 0.6 SHEET METAL SHEET AND BS1D0 INSULATION

Our doors are always insulated with Euroclass Bs1d0 insulation, high density and white lacquered steel sheet of 0.6 mm, options in different colors and finishes of sheet or stainless steel 304 or 316. It is also reinforced and edged around the perimeter with an extruded aluminum profile with stainless steel finish.

THICKNESSES RANGE FROM 60 TO 150 MM

Each type of door is manufactured according to the criteria of quality and working environment, we give different thicknesses:

Commercial Model:

Refrigerated in 60 mm
Frozen in 80 mm (down to -15ºC) and 100 mm (down to -20ºC).

Industrial Model:

Refrigerated in 100 mm
Frozen (up to -20ºC) in 125 mm.
High Freezing (up to -40ºC) in 150 mm.

• ALUMINUM FRAME WITH THERMAL BREAK

The frame as a support piece of the leaf, we manufacture it with a profile designed by us, in extruded aluminum and lacquered in white or anodized (INOX type), with reinforcements for the connection of the hardware and thermal bridge break, it also has a heating element to prevent the freezing of the weatherstripping in low temperature chambers. It adapts to any panel thickness or civil works.

• CORROSION-RESISTANT ALUMINUM AND STAINLESS STEEL FITTINGS

The sliding guide is made of an extruded aluminum profile with a special anti-corrosion protection. The upper bearings are reinforced with a coating of a techno-plastic material, whose characteristics are high hardness and resistance, without losing the smoothness in its sliding.

THE EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL HANDLES ARE MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL AND ALUMINUM, mainly, depending on the model.
