SANDWICH PANEL ROOFING
The self-supporting roofing panels for farms consist of a steel sheet on each side and a rigid polyurethane foam core. The inner side of the panel is made of a polyester sheet highly resistant to the attack of microorganisms, bacteria, vapors and condensation of organic acids present in the farms.
This panel has been designed to be used as an enclosure for sloping roofs on farms (except for pig farms, where it is recommended to install the SPM option, which is more resistant to bacteriological agents) with a slope of more than 7%.
This type of roofing is mainly designed for farms or country facilities with similar characteristics to farms.
The joint design of this panel allows for easy handling and assembly, assuring the correct watertightness to rainwater.
The polyester sheet with which the inner side of the panel is made is highly resistant to attack by microorganisms, bacteria, vapors and condensation of acids present on farms. In addition, the components with which this panel has been manufactured are non-toxic, thus avoiding possible contamination of the farm.
The thermal insulation provided by the use of this cover protects the animals.
The self-supporting roof panels with flashing consist of a steel sheet on each face and a core of rigid polyurethane (C-s2-d0) or polyisocyanurate (B-s1-d0) foam. They are designed to enclose pitched roofs with a minimum slope of 3% on non-overlapping roofs and 6% on overlapping roofs.
Self-supporting sandwich panels without three-rib or five-rib flashings are composed of a steel sheet on both sides and a core of polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam (or B-s1,d0 or B-s2,d0), providing a high level of thermal insulation.

An incentive has been received from the Innovation and Development Agency of Andalusia IDEA, of the Andalusian Regional Government, for an amount of Nineteen thousand and twelve euros and fifty cents (€19,012.50), 80% co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, ERDF for the implementation of the project ‘Digitalisation of warehouse management, manufacturing and Web Sales’ with the objective of ‘Ensuring better use of the technologies of la información”.
