Dippanel offers a highly innovative and completely absorbent product, designed to provide great acoustic comfort in roofs that, in addition to requiring a high level of thermal insulation, need excellent acoustic absorption capacity.
The perforated inner sheet of the panel allows an optimal sound absorption, thus achieving a remarkable acoustic insulation.
This system incorporates a glass veil located between the sheet and the mineral wool core, which acts as a protector, preventing the dispersion of fibers and the loss of core mass, thus guaranteeing its integrity and durability.

Sandwich panel roofing rock wool soundproofing
The panels are made of two steel sheets bonded by an organic adhesive to the rock wool core.
The inner face has micro-perforations of 3 mm in diameter. A fiberglass fleece is placed between the perforated face and the core. To obtain more acoustic absorption, a panel with 5 mm diameter perforations can be manufactured on request.
Steel sheets can range from 0.5 mm to 1 mm, with 0.5 mm being the standard thickness for this type of panel. Coatings are applied depending on the use of the panel, the standard coating being polyester SP25. On request, panels with other materials such as aluminum or stainless steel are available.
Fire classification
Our rock wool core panels have a reaction to fire classification A2-s1-d0, according to EN 13501-1. Up to 120 minutes (EI120).
Main advantages
The steel sheet provides strength, durability and protection against the outside elements, while the rock wool acts as an excellent sound absorbing and insulating material, especially at high temperatures and fire.
Acoustic insulation: The rock wool core provides excellent acoustic insulation capacity, absorbing and reducing noise. This is especially valuable in industries with high noise levels, where sound transmission to the exterior or interior spaces is sought to be minimized.
Thermal insulation: In addition to its acoustic performance, the sandwich façade panel with concealed joint also offers good thermal insulation. The rock wool core helps to keep the interior temperature stable, preventing heat loss or cold from entering from the outside.
Strength and durability: The steel plate on the outside of the panel provides mechanical strength, protection against weathering, corrosion and other external agents. This ensures a long service life of the panel, even in demanding industrial environments.
Easy installation: Facade sandwich panels with a concealed joint are typically easy to install, which streamlines the construction or renovation process. With a concealed joint, a cleaner and more uniform aesthetic appearance of the facade is achieved.
Variety of finishes: These panels are available in a wide range of colors, allowing them to adapt to different architectural styles and aesthetic preferences.
