The panels are made of two steel sheets bonded by an organic adhesive to the rockwool core. The steel sheets can range from 0.5 mm to 1 mm, with 0.5 mm being the standard thickness for this type of panel. Coatings are applied depending on the use of the panel, the standard coating being polyester SP25. On request, panels with other materials such as aluminum or stainless steel are available.
Our rock wool core panels have a reaction to fire classification A2-s1-d0 , according to EN 13501-1. Up to 120 minutes (EI120).
