The self-supporting metal sandwich panel with a core of rock wool core is designed for fireproof sectorization in industrial, commercial and residential buildings. Its composition guarantees a high fire resistanceexcellent thermal and acoustic insulation thermal and acoustic insulationmeeting the most demanding safety standards.
This panel is the ideal solution for fire protection fire protection in industrial buildings, warehouses, logistics centers and buildings requiring safe compartmentalization.
Standard width: 1,150 mm
Thicknesses: 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150 and 200 mm.
The panels are made of two steel sheets bonded by an organic adhesive to the rockwool core. The steel sheets can range from 0.5 mm to 1 mm, with 0.5 mm being the standard thickness for this type of panel. Coatings are applied depending on the use of the panel, the standard coating being polyester SP25. On request, panels with other materials such as aluminum or stainless steel are available.
Our rock wool core panels have a reaction to fire classification A2-s1-d0 , according to EN 13501-1. Up to 120 minutes (EI120).
