Refrigerated sandwich panels
The self-supporting panels with eccentric hook fastening system consist of a steel sheet on each face and a core of rigid polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam (B-s2-d0 / B-s1-d0). These panels have been specially designed for the construction of facades of industrial and commercial buildings and partitions in general.

These panels have been specially designed for the construction of agri-food and refrigerated premises, both in positive and negative atmospheres, i.e. warehouses and cold rooms.

The eccentric seals guarantee the tightness of the seals, achieving a balanced assembly that minimizes cold losses and facilitates temperature and humidity control, thus satisfying the indispensable requirements of the agri-food industries.
The QuadCore metal-faced rigid-core insulated cold panel offers an efficient and robust solution for a variety of industrial applications, especially in environments requiring high quality thermal insulation and fire resistance.
The panels are made of two steel sheets bonded by an organic adhesive to the rockwool core. The steel sheets can range from 0.5mm to 1mm, with 0.5mm being the standard thickness for this type of panel. The Rockwool core complies with the European standard EN 13162.
The self-supporting refrigerated panels are made of two pre-lacquered galvanized steel sheets in ±0.5mm thickness (option in 0.6mm), with a core of high-density injected polyurethane (PUR, B-s2-d0) or polyisocyanurate (PIR, B-s1-d0) foam.
