REFRIGERATED CHAMBERS
Refrigerated sandwich panels are designed to meet the optimum needs of refrigerated enclosures. DIPPANEL offers you a complete range of thicknesses of refrigerated sandwich panels so that its customers can perfectly cover the conservation needs required by their cold rooms.
DIPPANEL’s refrigerated sandwich panels are of the highest quality and strictly comply with the European standards for this type of product. DIPPANEL offers the customer two types of joints for the refrigerated sandwich panel: tongue and groove and with eccentric hook. Two types of joints that guarantee high resistance and watertightness.
Dippanel now has an online shop. We offer a wide stock in three main categories: Refrigerator doors, room dividing doors and accessories for refrigerator doors.
The self-supporting refrigerated panels are made of two pre-lacquered galvanized steel sheets in ±0.5mm thickness (option in 0.6mm), with a core of high-density injected polyurethane (PUR, B-s2-d0) or polyisocyanurate (PIR, B-s1-d0) foam.
The self-supporting panels with eccentric hook fastening system consist of a steel sheet on each face and a core of rigid polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam (B-s2-d0 / B-s1-d0). These panels have been specially designed for the construction of facades of industrial and commercial buildings and partitions in general.
The panels are made of two steel sheets bonded by an organic adhesive to the rockwool core. The steel sheets can range from 0.5mm to 1mm, with 0.5mm being the standard thickness for this type of panel. The Rockwool core complies with the European standard EN 13162.
